• Session and chat activity — when you register for or attend a session, the details you choose to share (such as your website, role, and team size), how you engage with the session, and the messages you send in the session chat or our website assistant.

We limit this to business information and do not seek out personal or family details.

Text messages (SMS). If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box when registering for a session, we will send you text messages about that session (confirmation, reminders, and a follow-up if you miss it). Message frequency varies; up to 4 messages per registration. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registration or purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Where applicable law requires, we process your information on one or more of the following bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you (such as delivering the Event you registered for); and our legitimate business interests (such as improving our services and communicating with interested attendees), balanced against your rights.
