Refund & Cancellation Policy

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that your registration is non-refundable in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or a change of mind. This policy applies to both Standard Seats ($7,500) and VIP Hot Seats ($10,000).

The Event is intentionally intimate and capped at twenty-five (25) seats. When you reserve a seat, that seat is removed from availability and can no longer be offered to another qualified applicant. The host also commits resources and prepares customized materials in advance based on confirmed registrations. For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds.

We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend after paying, you will not lose your investment. You may apply the full amount you paid as a credit toward a future edition of The AI Profit Mastermind, provided you notify us in writing before the Event start date. Your credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the original Event date and may be applied to any future edition during that period, subject to seat availability on the dates you choose.

Alternatively, you may transfer your seat to another person who meets the Event’s qualification criteria. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than fourteen (14) days before the Event start date and are subject to the host’s approval of the substitute attendee.

If the host reschedules the Event for any reason, your registration will automatically transfer to the new dates at no additional cost. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you may apply your payment as a credit toward a future Event within twelve (12) months. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.

Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Policy constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions. You agree to contact us first to resolve any billing concern. Wrongful chargebacks may be contested with the documentation of your agreement to these terms.
